There’s always a lot of discussion on the Manosphere about loyalty. Particularly women cheating on their beta husbands and boyfriends with bad boy Alphas. We all know it happens, but that’s not what I’m here to discuss today.
Men cheat too. I’ve done it. I used to be notorious for it. I’ve blogged about cheating on my wife, as has Young Hunter. I was wondering recently how a woman can be unaware that her husband is sleeping with another women, or multiple other women. I was pretty damned obvious about it when I did it. I would tell her that a couple of the guys wanted to go out to the bar, I would meet up with the flavor of the week and usually end up not getting home until the next day. I would turn my phone off. My excuse when I came dragging in the next morning would be my phone died, we ended up bar hopping downtown and I crashed at a friend’s house or at a hotel. A pretty weak excuse, considering how often it got used.
When I was having an extended affair (usually the other woman had no idea I was married) I would always keep my phone locked and I was constantly ignoring phone calls and being secretive about texting. Surely she must have suspected something. No one can be that dense.
As I was saying, I was wondering how any woman can not realize her husband is cheating on her. How often does a man really have to “work late”. Surely the husband coming home smelling like either sex or a fresh shower after a day at work aught to raise a few flags. Every time a woman has cheated on me, I have known it. They act a little different, one of their friends tells me or I notice her being secretive about something. I just approach them as if I already know everything, and they confess. It works every time.
I asked my resident expert on the female mind (Mistress) about this. She said that she has pretty much known when guys were cheating on her, she just denied it to herself and everyone else. I think this is dead on.
We are all familiar with what we call the “rationalization hamster”. This is our mascot for the woman’s ability to rationalize any actions she is about to take, or has already taken. Here we see this strange creature at work in a whole new way.
If a female is in a relationship with a man who is Alpha in her eyes, she will rationalize away obvious signs of his infidelity to maintain the status qou. Denial also saves face, at least according to the hamster. Being cheated on means she isn’t good enough. Being cheated on means she cannot satisfy her man. What’s wrong with her? Why does he want other women? No, surely he’s not cheating. It’s just rumors. Everyone is just trying to cause trouble because they are jealous.
I’ve seen many women double down on dedication to the man after they start getting hints that he is being unfaithful. As we all know, women want a man who is wanted by other women. We see that at play here. If I find out a female is cheating on me, the relationship is over. That is rarely the case when the opposite occurs. I was caught red handed once. My girlfriend of 3 years, when she busted me, asked “You aren’t going to leave me, are you?”. I’m serious. She caught me cheating and asked if I was going to leave her.
So, for those players out there still in the field fighting the good fight…just remember, sometimes the hamster is on your side. The hamster denies everything. Keep up the good work.

I’ve got some thoughts on that, because of prior history of mine.
I’ve never had a chick break up with me for cheating. I had a horrible reputation for being a player in my hometown and women practically fought each other to date me. It makes no sense. If I know a chick is a slut, I’m not gonna do anything but ONS her ass. The female mind is a strange thing. Who was it that said
“Don’t try to understand women. Women understand women, and they fucking hate each other.” ?

While this is certainly all true, I don’t see why we should be encouraging the behavior.

I’m getting the impression you’re (somewhat) advocating for cheating here. Not for yourself, but for men that are so inclined.
I’m curious as to what the motivation is.
For someone who seems to value respect, it strikes me as incongruent.
I’m not advocating cheating. I’m fairly neutral on the issue. I personally no longer cheat, but I don’t have anything against a man who does. Women eat it up and beg for more, so they are only getting what they ask for. And if a woman is with a cheater, that would be poor decision making on her part. What is, is. I was just tossing some thoughts and info around.
Ahh the old cheating subject… I have seen the effects on the female mind right up close. In the trenches. A whole different kind of field report. The power to rationalize is absolutely incredible; I don’t think anyone who hasn’t seen it on this level can truly comprehend.
I’ve seen this over and over again, if you aren’t cheating, you won’t keep her for long. Bitches need to know that you have other options even when you’re with them.
