FTCT sent me an email yesterday with a link to an article that is quite amusing and frankly, as he put it, batshit crazy.
This is apparently the tumblr or a radical feminist lesbian. She believes that any woman sleeping with a male is bowing to the evil patriarchy. Women are meant to be with women only.
One of the lines that really made me laugh was this:
Heterosexuality and by proxy intercourse is harmful to women for a number of reasons, and learning that it is unavoidable is extremely harmful to girl children.
Apparently sex with men is harmful to women, and even the knowledge that it exists is harmful to women and to girls. I wonder how this idiot expects to continue the species. Here’s her idea consensual sex, for women.
Indiviually, woman can only make informed consent, which is like saying, “I know he could beat me, rape me, or kill me, and statistically speaking it’s likely he’ll do one of the three, but I want to be with him anyway.
As I mentioned in my last post, all men are violent pervert rapists. See, feminism says so. And her closing argument clearly proves that she has the sexual dynamics completely backwards.
Heterosexuality is not feminist. It’s a method of keeping women unnecessarily bound to men to provide sex, free labour, and children to be indoctrinated into more of the same.
I never realized men used sex to get free labour out of women. Something about this statement is a little off…..
Oh yeah, women use sex to get free labour, resources and support out of men. Either this feminist lives in a completely different universe from the one we inhabit (where women can impregnate each other and survive forever without evil men) or the mental ward is short a patient at the moment and they need to go get this delusional bitch off the streets before she harms herself or others.

I’ve never really spent any time on tumblr. Or reddit, for that matter. FTCT browses those palces and sends me interesting stuff.

This woman deserves a medal for coming up with such a conclusion as this! No one ever thinks of the physical act of intercourse as being oppression, but really, it is the deepest and purest form of all!
But seriously, I’m sticking with my conclusion that, somewhere, there is a ward missing a serious case patient.
I was smoking a cigarette outside of a hospital one day when I was approached by a woman. She said her name was Eternity, gave me some candy, and told me I was her boyfriend. She continued to make me aware that she thought I was beautiful and wanted to have my babies.
She then asked for my number, as she didn’t have long to talk because her day pass from the psych ward was almost up.
Moral of the story: Crazy cuts both ways.

And in a shocking display of heteronormative behavior, my two year old routinely takes a “daddy” doll and a “mommy” doll out of the toy bin at my gym’s kiddie care room and has them hug and kiss and walk around together.
You know why she does this? Because every day and every night, Mommy and Daddy duct tape her and her sister to a chair and tell her women must submit! Then my husband leads me around the house by a leash and supervises my after-dinner clean up while they watch, just for good measure, so they know their miserable little female lives are supposed to be spent in servitude to a man.
